Manual Oil Filling Instructions

Filling Oil

Insert a blunt tip needle (14ga or smaller) into either of the oil tanks.
For REBEL SWITCH (Dual Chamber): Fill one chamber, then the other.
Caution:
Do not allow oil to enter the airway holes!
Don't overfill.

Capping

Press on the mouthpiece immediately after filling!
We highly recommend using a capping machine or hand punch to press the mouthpiece.
Caution:
Keep the disposable upright with the mouthpiece posts aligned to the filling holes when pressing down.

Stand for 30 Minutes

Inspect the mouthpiece gap for proper seal, then let stand at least 30 minutes for atomizer priming. Viscous oils require longer saturation time.
Caution:
Fully charge the battery to achieve optimal performance!

Pre-pressing Plate | Press the mouthpiece manually to ensure accurate alignment.
Guiding Fixture | Ensures that devices are aligned for filling.
Baseboard | Serves as the foundation for accurate filling and capping alignment.

Automated Filling & Capping Steps

Step 1

Take the main parts tray out of the box and align into the baseboard.
(Note: Keep the main parts in the same direction as shown, or the Guiding Fixture won't fit properly. )

Step 2

Fix the guiding fixture over main parts tray.

Step 3

Fill the tank with oil.
REBEL & REBEL GO: 1 airway hole per side, 2 oil holes in the middle.
REBEL SWITCH: 2 airway holes per side, 2 oil holes in the middle.
