Manual Oil Filling Instructions

Filling Oil

Insert a blunt tip needle (14ga or smaller) into the space between the center airway tube and the inner wall of the disposable oil tank.
Caution:
Do not allow oil to enter the center airway!
Don't overfill.

Capping

Press on the mouthpiece immediately after filling!
We highly recommend using a capping machine or hand punch to press the mouthpiece.
Caution:
Keep the disposable upright and centered with the mouthpiece when pressing down.

Stand for 30 Minutes

Inspect the mouthpiece gap for proper seal, then let stand at least 30 minutes for atomizer priming. Viscous oils require longer saturation time.
Caution:
Fully charge the battery to achieve optimal performance!

Pre-pressing Plate | Press the mouthpiece manually to ensure accurate alignment.
Guiding Fixture | Ensures that devices are aligned for filling.
Baseboard | Serves as the foundation for accurate filling and capping alignment.

Automated Filling & Capping Steps

Step 1

Take the main parts tray out of the box and align into the baseboard.
(Note: Keep the main parts tray in the same direction as shown, or the Guiding Fixture won't fit properly. )
